Dr. Mohamed Farid Saleh, Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade, inaugurated the largest fast-trade distribution center for Talabat Misr in the Middle East and North Africa region. The center is located in the "Yanmu East" logistics complex on the Cairo-Suez road with an area of 27 thousand square meters and an operating capacity of one million pieces per day.
The Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region witnessed the opening of the largest fast-trade distribution center for Talabat Misr, in the presence of Dr. Mohamed Farid Saleh, Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade, along with a number of senior officials and ministers. The new center is located within the "Yanmu East" strategic logistics complex on the Cairo-Suez road, where it extends over a total area of 27 thousand square meters, and has an exceptional operational capacity of up to 1 million pieces per day. This ambitious center currently serves 12 Egyptian cities, with a planned expansion plan to include 17 cities in the next phase, which will significantly enhance the efficiency of distribution operations and supply chains at the national level. Minister Saleh stressed that this pioneering project reflects the readiness of the Egyptian market to receive and absorb huge investments in the digital economy sector, as well as the tangible success in employing the latest technologies Technology and artificial intelligence to develop the modern logistics system. The minister pointed out that this distinguished quality of investments plays a pivotal role in consolidating Egypt's position as a leading regional center in the field of modern trade and advanced logistics, in addition to its strong support for local producers and raising the level of efficiency of Egyptian markets. The minister concluded that cutting-edge technology and artificial intelligence have become indispensable elements in Enhancing the efficiency of operations and supply chains, which supports the continuous expansion of the promising e-commerce sector in Egypt.
