President Abdelfattah ElSisi received his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron in Alexandria, where they witnessed the opening of the new headquarters of Sinjar University. The two presidents also conducted an exploratory tour of the tourist promenade in the Corniche of Alexandria.
President Abdelfattah ElSisi extended a warm welcome to French President Emmanuel Macron during his historic visit to the city of Alexandria, the bride of the Mediterranean, within the framework of deepening the bonds of friendship and cooperation between the two countries. ElSisi expressed his happiness to host the French president through a post on his official Facebook page, saying: "My friend President Macron, welcome and welcome to a dear guest in Alexandria, the bride of the Mediterranean." Together, the two presidents inaugurated the new headquarters of Senjor University in the new city of Borg El Arab, in the presence of high-level official delegations from several countries, in addition to the Secretary-General of the International Organization of la Francophonie, Louise Mushikiwabo. The diplomatic day concluded with an exploratory tour by the two presidents on the tourist promenade in the Corniche of Alexandria, where they enjoyed the charming city's view of the Mediterranean Sea, in a scene that reflects the depth of the distinguished bilateral relations between Egypt and France.
